Backstory

Budo can absorb painful memories and negative energy through touch. Compassion makes her reach for other people’s hurt even when she knows every memory becomes part of her own burden.

When the pressure becomes too great, she can transform into a monster. Her story is not about cruelty, but the danger of carrying everyone else while having nowhere safe to put the pain.
